Toscana Aeroporti's certifications
The implementation of one or more management systems contributes to the success of a company or organization.
To improve a corporate process means to manage all its resources, whether they are tangible (systems, machines, and equipment), intangible (personnel, training, communication) or methodological (procedures, systems, software) and create interactions between them with the purpose of generating synergies and know-how capable of transforming input items (carefully and appropriately analysed) into improved output items.
Obviously, the processes of a management system aimed at establishing and implementing quality policies and objectives must be interconnected with one another, so that they may interact in harmony and create a rea “quality management system”. For this reason, processes are designed not only to achieve objectives, but, most and foremost, to be constantly implemented and enhanced, thus helping the Company favour the continuous improvement of its performance by developing corporate governance methods capable of predicting and meeting the requirements and expectations of our internal and external customers, as well as all the other stakeholders.
